Butterfly Release Course for Funeral Professionals

This course is designed to equip Funeral Directors with the skill and confidence to provide successful butterfly releases to their customers. It is a self-directed program written to be taken over a 3 day time frame and covers the how, when, why, where, and what if’s of releasing butterflies at funeral and memorial services. There is an optional Final Exam for a fee of $5: upon the successful completion of the final exam you receive a certificate of completion and a listing on the Association for Butterflies website.

USDA ePermits
All butterfly farmers who ship butterflies outside their own state are required to have USDA permits for the 9 species of butterflies allowed to cross state lines. This course will help you save time as you learn to apply for your permits via the USDA ePermits website.
