Salt Creek Butterfly Farm is celebrating BEAD at Helping Hand in Countryside, IL. Our mayor declared June 7th BEAD day! We are teaching about native Illinois butterflies, selling native IL nectar plants, tropical milkweed, and of course the official AFB bead. Children at Helping Hand painted pots for plants, and painted butterfly crafts. All profits support their new mini butterfly habitat.
